1. Amelie got chocolate-wasted by candlelight after a long day of work. And by "Amelie," I mean "I."
2. I got two cook books from England by way of the wonderful Gesci! She happened to include a bag of blue sapphire loose tea which means a) that tea was obviously made for me and b) I'm in love with her now.
3. Mr. TBS and I have added a lot of new dishes to our kitchen rotation in the last two weeks. One of those delicious treats is spring rolls. I happen to be very good at rolling them. It must be the Asian in me.
4. Nothing Bundt Cakes. Red velvet. 'Nough said.
5. I replenished my tea collection at work. Every morning and afternoon, I have the best smelling office in the whole darn building -- without a doubt.

I love the name of that cake shop.
Not only is your tea Blue Sapphire, it's from Betty's! Betty's is a big thing in Yorkshire, people travel from all over to the tea rooms, there are always queues to get in to the one in York and I'm not meaning a few people, more like 50, it's crazy!!
Aww, I love that Taylor knows Betty's! It's originally from Harrogate (the town I live outside of) and yeah, it's usually packed, for good reason- the food is great, the desserts are amazing, and the tea is world-renowned! Happy weekend!!
those spring rolls look delicious!
Happy Friday! Stop by and say hello :)
Spring rolls... yay! I am glad I stopped by your blog... I have the wrappers for them in the basement... but forgot I had them. This would be a great hot weather meal.
#4...DYING! Red velvet is a weakness of mine. TOO GOOD.
And #3...I'm coming to Texas for dinner. Good thing it's a long weekend, yeah? ;)
